Hiatus Hernia diet help? - bland diet for ulcers
Hello, I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, and now I see a specialist on the results, but I lost some weight before my visit to the hospital for an endoscopy, when I initially thought was an ulcer.
I read on the Internet about what to do and not do, but I feel I can not eat, only a small amount of food or drink, havent had a drop of alcohol in 8 months and that because of my eating habits have anything to softer foods left, but still suffer more and more weight loss.
I am a weight of 29, has never been more alcohol and did not knock my only love Indian food was hot, I feel very sad, looks like crap and I realized that I no longer do so not bad in a single photo only recently I do not look healthy
I am taking medication lansoprazole until further notice.
I am a father first, the morning is only 5 months and want a healthy, active father, but I'm pretty low on the prospects for the future.
Where to eat would be great.

In general, your initial misdiagnosis of gastric ulcers with binge eating spicy foods are linked. The best advice for someone who has a fracture in the stomach, is possible to ensure that drinking 2 liters of water per day in order to cleanse your digestive system. Also a good idea if you reduce the amount of food you eat spicy and sour. Nutrition and weight loss ideas of the consumption or change the diet ytour unrealistic, only the stomach encounter and how you look. My advice is to try to 6 small meals per day, 3 meals Reatha swaure eat. Do this, along with types of good food (fruits and vegetables) and regular exercise and your body the rest.
